At Divine Bonds, every product is made with care to celebrate your special moments. Since most of our items are personalized and made to order, we follow a clear and fair cancellation and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

Order Cancellations

Prepaid Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before processing, whichever happens first.
  • Once the order enters production or is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.Once the order enters production or is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

At Divine Bonds, most products are customized specifically for you, so we only accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Cases

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received a defective product
  • You received the wrong item

Return Requirements

  • You must notify us within 48 Hours of the delivery
  • Share clear photos and video of the issue
  • Provide your order number

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Minor color or design variations
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners
  • Used, washed, or damaged items not due to our error
  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

COD Order Refunds

  • Refunds for COD orders will be made via bank transfer or UPI
  • Our team will contact you to collect the required details
