At Divine Bonds, every product is made-to-order and personalized specifically for you. Because of the customized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been processed.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund after review.
Replacement or Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- The product was damaged during transit
- There is a clear manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item or incorrect personalization (different from what was submitted at checkout)

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or as soon as reasonably possible) at:

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Eligible Situations
We are unable to offer replacements or refunds in cases of:
- Spelling or personalization errors submitted by the customer during checkout
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Requests made significantly after the delivery window
Return Shipping
In most cases, you will not be required to return the item. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions and cover applicable return shipping costs.
